Terms & Conditions Payment INEL accepts online payments with the following credit cards: Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay Online, and ApplePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order. Transaction Disputes If you notice unauthorized transactions or discrepancies on your payment statement related to a purchase from INEL, you should contact your card issuer or bank immediately to dispute the charge. Under EU law, you have the right to dispute unauthorized transactions up to 13 months after the transaction date, depending on your bank's policies. For assistance with transaction inquiries, you can also contact us at info@inel.dk. Amount Reserved When using a payment card, a reservation is made for the transaction amount. This reservation is in place until the webshop processes and ships your order. Upon shipment, the reserved amount will be withdrawn from your account. The reservation period depends on your card issuer's policies. Debit Card Authorization When using a Debit Card, funds may appear as reserved on your account, reducing your available balance. If the order is canceled, the webshop cannot withdraw the amount, but the reservation may still appear on your account for a limited time. Contact your bank for clarification if needed. Credit Card Authorization For credit card payments, the funds will be withdrawn when the webshop processes the payment. The transaction will appear on your account once the payment is finalized. INEL uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring your data is secure and cannot be accessed by third parties. INEL's website also uses SSL encryption for all pages. Delivery and Shipment The delivery time for your order is 2-4 business days. We send packages via Dao, GLS, or PostNord. Freight costs are calculated based on the weight of the items. You can choose to have your shipment sent to your home address or the nearest parcel shop. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment to monitor the delivery at all times. If You Regret Your Purchase (Right of Withdrawal) INEL offers a 14-day full refund for goods purchased on the website unless otherwise stated in your order. The 14-day period begins on the day the order is delivered. The cost of returning items is your responsibility. You must notify us of your decision to cancel the purchase within 14 days of delivery and ensure the item is returned to us no later than 14 days after you inform us of your decision. Condition of Returned Items You are responsible for the condition of the product and for any diminished value caused by handling it beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. This means you may inspect the item as you would in a physical store, but if the item shows signs of use beyond this, it may be considered used and have a reduced value. Refunds for returned items will reflect this reduction. INEL reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items. Warranty (Statutory Rights) All products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty under the Danish Sales of Goods Act, which applies to defects in materials, fabrication, and functionality. You must report any defects within a reasonable time after discovering them. We consider up to two months after discovery to be a reasonable timeframe unless otherwise agreed. INEL will refund reasonable shipping costs related to legitimate warranty claims. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling or unusual use. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.
